COG a top performer in ‘Best Companies to Work for in Fashion’ report
As the Cotton On Group continues to focus on bringing its people the best possible workplace, the company is excited to have been recognized as a top performer in the inaugural Business of Fashion ‘Best Companies to Work for in Fashion’ assessment; a report showcasing the top employers in the retail industry today.
The Business of Fashion, a UK-based global media outlet, surveyed more than 2,600 employees working across all aspects of the industry to compile the report, collecting data across three topics: rewards and benefits; leadership and development; and working culture and environment.
Feedback from the Cotton On Group’s own team members successfully placed the company among retailers such as Zara, Adidas and Gucci, spotlighting workplace benefits across the Group such as flexible hours, a dedicated health and wellbeing program and career progression tools.
This recognition follows the company’s inclusion in the World Retail Awards and Inside Retail 2017 Retailer Awards, both announced earlier this month.
