Cotton On’s Head of Marketing and e-commerce Col Kennedy recently took part in RagTrader LIVE, an event held by leading Australian retail industry publication RagTrader. 

In his video presentation to the conference, Col gave insights into Cotton On’s approach to making a difference in the lives of its customers by delivering on-trend value products, providing great customer service and having a positive impact through the work of the Foundation. 

He also offered his perspective on the importance of building the brand ‘why’, the value of creating communities and the evolving retail space.
