South Africa's Financial Mail tells the Group story

Since launching in South Africa in 2011, the Cotton On Group has opened almost 200 stores, a regional country hub office and three distribution centres. The company celebrated its fifth birthday late last year and the African market remains an integral and quick-moving part of the global growth strategy.

Four of South Africa’s stores – Mall of Africa, Sandton City, V&A Waterfront and Gateway – consistently rank in the top 10 performing stores globally; a huge testament to the 2000 people working in the office, distribution centres and retail stores across the country.

Recently, prominent South African publication the Financial Mail told the story of the Group, both in South Africa and globally, in a feature-length article interviewing founder Nigel Austin and several other executives. Learn more here.
