Who are we?
Our retail and distribution team members form the majority of our global workforce, but we also have experts across many other disciplines. These include design, marketing, e-commerce, supply chain, visual merchandising, logistics, production, planning, public relations and communications, store development, information technology, innovation, the Cotton On Foundation, licensing, health and wellbeing, human resources and buying.
Where are we?
Our team spans across a global support centre in Geelong, Australia; country support centres in Melbourne, Singapore, Johannesburg, Los Angeles, Auckland, São Paulo and London; distribution centres across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Africa, UK and USA; and stores in 18 different markets. Despite the distance, we remain a close-knit, collaborative family.
