As part of our focus on our people development strategy, the Cotton On Group recently launched a AU$30M educational platform, Cotton On Group Uni (COG Uni), in partnership with Deakin University and other specialist educators globally.

Investing in the growth of our people through COG Uni not only promotes happier, more engaged team members but also helps us ‘grow our own’ leaders for the future and offer prosperous careers for our people globally.

All full-time and part-time team members have the opportunity to participate in COG Uni programs:

Global Induction Academy:

A mix of technical and cultural face-to-face sessions for Head Office and Country Hub staff.

Global Retail Academy:

A world-class, customised and exclusive retail induction experience for all our retail team members, as well as tailored programs designed to enhance the specific technical skills of people involved in the retail lifecycle.

L&D Academy:

A nine-module program using experiential, back-to-business, classroom and blended learning methods designed to develop our people across 24 personal and professional competencies throughout their careers.

Leadership Academy:

Environmentally specific leadership programs for leaders from the executive level through to first time or transitioning leaders.
