Last week, it was virtual high-fives and ‘good on-ya mates’ plus much more all around our Cotton On Group globe, as we recognised our first Global Team Member of The Quarter winners for 2021.

This week we celebrate our people and customers all across Asia and the globe, as they gear up for Lunar New Year. With a Wishing Tree setup up at our Global Support Centre in Geelong, Australia, celebrations with our team across Asia, and customer giveaways wrapped in red and gold ready to go in selected stores, today we’re excited to welcome the Year of The Ox.

This year’s Field Report is a curation of the voices of our team, our teachers and our students across the globe, through the lens of how COVID-19 shaped their 2020. It explores what challenges were presented, what opportunities and new skills were revealed, and what COVID-19 meant for supported communities. 

The program saw parents enjoying some time with their little ones over lunch at our in-house café, and the laughter of children in attendance could be heard across the campus.

In September 2020, we announced that the Cotton On Foundation had reached a proud milestone moment, raising $5M AUD funds though the sale of face masks. Today, and thanks to you - our incredible team and customers - this life-changing mask has now raised $10M AUD globally to support Cotton On Foundation projects that keep kids healthy and in school. 

We say it all the time, ‘our people are at the heart of everything we do,’ but more than that, we live this - both through our People First value and our firm belief that we have the best team in the world. After navigating 2020 – the year without a playbook – and closing out the year with a mammoth peak trade season, we’re so proud to be recognising several team members for their over and above contributions.

Supré Foundation is dedicated to funding and collaborating with partners that support and empower
girls and women, by donating 100% of all proceeds of Supré Foundation products to charity organisations that can make a difference on the issues that matter most to the Supré community.

As one of Australia’s largest global fashion brands, today we have announced the expansion of our Avalon distribution facility. Creating capacity for up to an additional 100 jobs at the Australian distribution base.

When it comes to sustainability, we’ve got big goals, and we believe in them. We have a large team of talented designers and product developers across our brands, who deliver fun, fashionable products and are always on the lookout for innovative and sustainable practices in production.
