Retail Leaders Breakfast Series: Industry Insights for Store Managers

Retail Leaders Breakfast Series: Supré General Manager Jodie Bongetti shared her insights with guests

Ever passionate about retail, the Cotton On Group is dedicated to supporting industry wide growth across Australia.

Integral to this is empowering the store managers at the forefront of the retail industry to be the best leaders they can be, in turn enabling their teams and the industry to flourish.

Cue the launch of the Group’s first Retail Leaders Breakfast Series where current and aspiring store managers from the Group and external retailer businesses can hear from inspirational, highly experienced leaders and connect with their peers over breakfast and coffee.

The first events in the series titled Dreaming Big and Going for it were held in late July to an overwhelmingly positive response. The capacity crowd heard from Wellness Group Learning Partner Luke Mclean on establishing a wellness culture built on a commitment to caring for the whole self at work, and Supré General Manager Jodie Bongetti who shared tips for nurturing and developing teams to perform at their best and achieve outstanding results.

Guests can attend one or several sessions with the intent of taking strides in their professional development as each event focuses on a different topic.

The second round, Prep for Peak, is fast approaching and will offer helpful insights into the ways managers can foster a culture where team members feel inspired and motivated to exceed their goals amid the craziness that can be peak trade season.
