Cotton On Kids and LifeChanger Launch New Tools to Help Parents Connect With Their Children
13th November, 2025
Cotton On Foundation and Cotton On Kids have partnered with the LifeChanger Foundation — a youth mental health and wellbeing non-profit focused on prevention — to launch the Parent Connection Kit. The free kit offers simple, everyday strategies to help parents build stronger connections with their children.
Brand Director of Cotton On Kids, Nicky Moulder, reflects on the importance of connecting with parents and carers from a brand level. “As a kid brand, we look to support kids beyond their next wardrobe update – we want to support their parents and carers to build meaningful connection that fits into everyday life. Partnering with LifeChanger allows us to give parents simple, uplifting and genuinely useful tools to help enrich family connection.”
Feedback from parents has reinforced the need for practical tools like the kit. “Families told us they wanted fresh ideas to help spark conversations and connect in new ways. That’s why we’re excited to bring the full suite of modules to life with this official launch – because even the smallest shifts can have a powerful impact on family wellbeing.”
The kit features 13 modules in total, 10 designed for families and three just for parents, created to spark meaningful conversations, strengthen family bonds and support parent wellbeing. The 10 family-focused topics include Playtime, Superpowers, Eating Together, Big Feelings and Gratitude, while three modules are dedicated to parents, offering quick, practical ways to recharge and show up with more patience and presence. Each short, three-minute video is backed by research and offers families practical strategies they can easily weave into daily life without the need for extra time, money or resources.
Research shows that when families share connected moments, children benefit emotionally and are better able to build the resilience they need to thrive. But when parents are stretched too thin, those opportunities for genuine connection are often the first to disappear.
Scott Watters, CEO and Founder of LifeChanger Foundation, said parents are hungry for simple, practical ways to connect with their children. “Strong parent-child connections are key to building resilience and confidence. Sometimes we think we’re doing the best for our kids by keeping them busy, when in reality the most powerful gift is simply being present. The launch of the kit offers parents fresh tools to enjoy quality time together in the middle of busy routines,” he said.
