International Women’s Day helps to support and empower women through action. As an organisation with a workforce of almost 80% women, we celebrate women and women in leadership every day, and our team does too.

International Women’s Day was created in the hopes of becoming a global movement to celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks the efforts toward gender equality between men and women and as such, this year’s IWD theme is #eachforequal.

An equal world is an enabled world. It’s the perfect moment to stop and think, how will you help to forge a gender equal world? Let’s use this day and every other day to celebrate women’s achievements, raise awareness against bias and take action for equality.
