Supré Foundation raises $300k for girls & women affected by COVID-19
Making a positive difference is what drives us. Here’s how Supré have made a difference in 2020.
Since July this year, the Supré Foundation shifted its focus to help raise much-needed funds and awareness for Australian girls and women directly impacted by COVID-19, specifically supporting mental wellbeing, women’s safety and shelter, and equality.
Six months on, the Supré team is proud to announce that together, between the Supré customer community and our store teams, over $300,000 has been raised for charity partners, Foodbank, Vinnies and Beyond Blue through the Supré Foundation.
That’s $100,000 for each partner, which is helping to support:
- More than 2,000 people access Beyond Blue’s 24/7 Support Service
- Over 650 women and their children access home visitation and crisis accommodation support through women through Vinnies
- 200,000 meals donated through Foodbank for those facing food insecurity
Supré Foundation is dedicated to funding and collaborating with partners that support and empower
girls and women, by donating 100% of all proceeds of Supré Foundation products to charity organisations that can make a difference on the issues that matter most to the Supré community.
I am beyond proud of our team’s passion and commitment in delivering what has been an incredible Supré Foundation initiative with Foodbank, Beyond Blue and Vinnies. This fantastic result demonstrates what we can achieve when women support women, and what we will continue to achieve in the next twelve months and beyond. We also feel extremely grateful to our Supré community, as it is only because of our customers and every purchase they make from our Supré Foundation range that enables us to make a difference on the issues that matter most in our community, and the future generations of girls and women to come.
Jodie Bongetti, Supré General Manager.
