Health and wellbeing

We know how important it is to balance all aspects of your life to ensure you are able to perform at your best both in the workplace and away from it. To endorse this our team members have access to discounted health insurance, support when they need it through an external counselling service, enhanced leave initiatives, dedicated health and well being programs and where possible, we offer access to on-site gyms or local training facilities, osteopaths and massage therapists.

Personal and professional development

Throughout their Cotton On Group career, our people have access to an online learning portal called YOU Learning. This portal offers educational content on everything from product development to our business ethics. The wide range of programs available ensure all team members – whether on the shop or factory floor or at a senior executive level – have the opportunity to learn and develop, both personally and professionally from the second they walk in the door of the business.

From day one of our 90-day tailored induction program we make sure new team members feel a part of our global family; we want them to understand our values and receive the training, guidance and support they need to succeed at the Group.

Our working environments

Retail Stores

We have 1,500 retail stores across 18 countries. They are energetic, fun and full of character. Each of our stores has its own unique look and feel while always being aligned to our brand DNA. Our stores are fast paced with no two days the same and our teams thrive off this energy.

Support Centre (SC)

Our eight support centres are designed in a way to encourage collaboration, productivity and creativity. They include quiet breakout areas to reflect and relax; health and well being areas; sophisticated technology to stay connected globally and communal kitchen and dining areas.

Distribution Centre (DC)

Our 12 DCs are always a hive of non-stop activity with, on average, 180 million orders packed every year. While we love to bring our fun value to life at our DCs with things like monthly team lunches, cricket matches and team competitions, nothing is more important than the health and safety of our people and we’re committed to providing a safe, clean and happy work environment at all times.
