Cotton On Foundation – a year to remember

We say it every year, and we mean it. This year was our best yet!
Thanks to your support, we raised an incredible $20.2 million AUD for Cotton On Foundation-supported projects and partnerships, delivering incredible impact across our three pillars: Education, Environment and Mental Health and First Nations.
In what was a year to remember, here are some of the highlights:

Education
- Supported 14,000+ students across 24 schools in Uganda, South Africa, and Thailand.
- Enabled 450+ students to pursue further education.
- Served 4 million meals to students.
- Launched a new partnership with Nomzamo’s Lighthouse Foundation and The Bookery to enhance reading and teacher development across RSA.
- In Brazil, over 350 families were supported through education and infrastructure projects with Gerando Falcões.
- In the USA, we supported the Da Vinci Rise High School’s Retail Academy to help students earn their high school diplomas.
- In Thailand, all teachers at our supported Migrant Learning Centres completed 21st Century Learning training for more innovative teaching.

Mental Health
- Supported 65 grassroots mental health organisations globally.
- Impacted over 1.3 million young people, helping reduce stigma and improve access to resources.
- Reached over 29,000 students through LifeChanger workshops focused on resilience and self-management.
- Raised $639,758 NZD through Pink Shirt Day, selling over 41,000 pink tees to support anti-bullying initiatives.
- Supported 400+ First Nations youth through Strong Brother Strong Sister programs.

Environment
- Installed 500 MARRS reef stars to support Great Barrier Reef conservation.
- Planted 334,000 trees – bringing our total to over 1 million trees across 11 countries through One Tree Planted and WWF partners.
- Hosted our first Perks customer trip to the Reef, giving them a firsthand look at the impact.

First Nations
- Continued partnering with four First Nation’s led partners on Yolgnu country to support strength in language, cultural identity and centre the community in all decision making, resulting in a generation of strong, thriving young people.
- Celebrated the amazing Teachers in the C-BATE program that we support at Yirrkala School & Laynhapuy Homelands School.
- Mundatŋu Munuŋgurr, a Teacher at Yirrkala School as well as a C-BATE participant, won both the NT Award for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Educator of the Year as well as the East Arnhem Educator of the Year.
- Gathapura Munuŋgurr, working as a Teacher at Laynhapuy Homelands School and a current C-BATE participant won East Arnhem Secondary educator of the Year.
