Our suppliers, some of which have been working with the business for over 20 years, are a part of our global family and the backbone of our business. Over the years, our growth and the evolving needs of our customer has shaped how we source and make our products and subsequently seen our supplier base grow from a handful to over 450 globally.
We source our materials and products from a number of locations worldwide with the majority of our factories located in China, Bangladesh, India and Australia. We also work with factories in Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, the United States and other parts of Asia. We’re proud of the great working relationships we have with each of our suppliers, and we continually work closely with them to ensure the environments in which our products are made are safe, fair, sustainable and responsible.
All our ‘Tier 1’ supplier details are publicly listed. You can find the list here.

So we could act responsibly, we wanted to know exactly what was going on within our supply chain. This has led to our focus on traceability and transparency. In partnership with our suppliers and subcontractors, we are working towards tracing where and how our products are made, right through to raw materials, with our ultimate goal end-to-end mapping of all suppliers by the end of 2018.
As we work towards full traceability of our supply chain, we realised there was an enormous opportunity in the area of cotton sourcing, and this has become a priority for us through our partnership with the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) and our very own Kwale Cotton farming project in Kenya. To date, these two projects have positively influenced the social, environmental and economic issues currently affecting cotton farming communities, and are a step in the right direction as we work towards full traceability within our own supply chain.
Our focus on transparency has led us to publicly disclosing our supplier details on our website. We commenced this mid-way through 2016 and we’re proud to have completed stage 3 of the process, which means we have now disclosed all suppliers that hold a contract directly with us. Our long-standing relationships with our suppliers, together with an open and honest dialogue, has provided us with greater visibility into our supply chain to help us achieve these goals.
While we’re proud of the work we have carried out to date, we’re on a continuous road to improvement, and know there is much more to be done as we work towards full traceability and transparency within our supply chain.GET TO KNOW OUR SUPPLIERS >
